Deuteronomy 31:8 ‘It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”
I will begin with the question to myself: Where am I in God's Storybook? Where am I in His-story? While there is no literal photos in His book, I am made in the image of God (Gen.5:1) and the fact that I struggle with sin in my life is evidence that I find myself in that book.
‘You Yourself have recorded my wanderings. Put my tears in Your bottle. Are they not in Your records?’ (Psalm 56:8)
Records are being kept in books in heaven.
‘Let them be erased from the book of life and not be recorded with the righteous.’ (Psalm 69:28)
During a quiet time and Challies fix, this gem quote perked my attention,
"...take heart, beloved struggler. You are undoubtedly a child of God. The fact that you are fighting sin is the evidence of spiritual life. Dead things don’t fight, only living things do. So press onward into the light of holiness." ~Challies
As per usual, while blogging my mind runs wild so if this post has no continuity, ADD has taken over.
SO,
TAKE A DEEP BREATH. GRAB YOUR THOUGHTS. CHECK YOUR MINDSET. LET LIFE SURPRISE YOU. PAT YOURSELF ON THE BACK,
you have survived another week, another day, another hour, another minute, another second, carrying a whole host of parasites, the darlings of the parasite world of sin and physical decay.
💃Memories of childhood anti-parasitical medications administered by my mother bring back the horrible, highlights of the most disgusting taste before the days of ivermectin.
Sometimes, we all need a refresher course.
Think about it, everyday the birds announce the day.
I JUST RECENTLY READ AN ARTICLE TITLED, “DO HURRICANES JUST HAPPEN?”
The Psalmist wrote:
“Whatever the Lord pleases He does, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deep places. He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth. He makes lightening for the rain; He brings the wind out of His treasuries” (Psalm 135:6-7).
“Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that woe and well-being proceed?” asked Jeremiah in Lamentations 3:38.
“He does according to His will in the army of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth. No one can restrain His hand or say to Him, ‘What have You done?'” (Daniel 4:35).
So even though some of these hurricanes and weather warfare are initiated by man, is it not still true that God has ordained the powerful forces of man, of nature, and world chaos for His own ends?

WHISPERS OF AUTUMN BECKON. (pop corn thoughts)
The whirlwind of discussions, wisdom, discernment, and patience this past year have been challenging.
BEAUTY IN THE MIDST OF…
Amidst the whirlwind of prayers, “please keep them safe”. God “please protect them” while stilling my own anxious heart.
Storm fronts spark change
.
“If we are to be like Jesus, we, too, will sleep peacefully in the middle of life’s storms.”
"Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing? And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was great calm. He said to them, “Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?” (Mark 4:38b-40)
"BE STILL, AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD" PS.46:10
Consider this oxymoron : Death before life or life before death.
