THE NOSEY NEIGHBOR- Secret Garden Discovery

A CURIOUS SUBURBANITE OBSESSED WITH THE NEIGHBORS GARDENS. June 20, 2020

What’s behind that secret garden door?
My inquisitive nature got the best of me this morning. I was eager to investigate the red painted house. I was overly curious to find out what was on the other side of the “Secret Garden” door I found on Alcove. Wearing a hat and mask makes this indulgence easier and with nosey observations, the bestest curiosities are like journeys. “What happens if I just take a peek?

Curiosity is necessary for adventure. Google brings curiosity to the tips of our fingers.
Sometimes I’m like a dog off a leash. Curiosity begins with sniffing. If there’s an interest, Google it.
I begin each morning with, Am I going to find something interesting today?
The advantage to curiosity, is seeing things in a new way. Curiosity turns into a rambling photo walk. Just one more block, just one more corner.
There are secrets to find. Eventually a treasure will show up like it did this morning.

“When do you become curious? When there’s a “that’s interesting” moment.” A better word for curiosity, would be nosiness.

Perhaps it is a misnomer to call myself, The Nosey Neighbor. Maybe I should have called it The Curious Neighbor.
Curious people are excited about knowing.

Nosy people are excited about meddling.
Curious is inquisitive, investigative, and explorative, while nosy is intrusive, prying, interfearing, and nettlesome. Scripture has lots to say about being mettlesome.
