As I read, from Ps. 139 this morning, I was struck by the thought of God's placing us in circumstances to limit or enhance our actions. What actions would I be displaying otherwise? Would I be as awed to know that I can have joy and a sense of well-being in the UNCHANGING GOD rather than my CHANGING circumstances? Would I be as prone to accept HIS PLAN? On reflection of Jehovah Jirah's provisions of stability,security, refuge, protection, shield, I can place my thoughts, emotions, feelings and what ever ...on Him to enhance or limit as He sees fit
